Whats in your bucket....

I LOVE to shop the dollar store.  You can find such fun 'things' there to wrap gifts in.  These little buckets make 6 cookies look like so much more.  Add a darling easy tag and you are set!

A little Gift wrap.....

Gift wrap doesn't have to cost a lot.  These sacks were $1 for a pkg of 10 in the Target dollar spot.  I used some scraps of City Sidewalk paper, and some twine.  So about a .15 gift wrap.

Just Bag it!!

 It is easy to give a fun yet inexpensive gift to co workers, neighbors, friends and teachers.  Fill a little bag, make a quick little bag topper and you have a fun gift.  Can be as big or as little, as fancy or as simple as you desire.  The gift doesn't need to be big, just a thought to know you are thinking of them.

Another simple (and a little non traditional) card using the snowflake embossing folder, and Blue card stock.  Not the typical red and green we usually think of at Christmas time.......

Christmas Memories are coming....

Get ready for those Christmas Memories (or if you are a little behind in your scrapbooking like I am, use this for a previous year.....  This layout uses City Sidewalks paper, and Merry Christmas is cut out using our Flower Market Cricut Cartridge.  Have fun!!!  (Try the same layout using the Oh Deer Paper)  No one will know they are the same layout!!

Do you love the snowflakes.....  These are done super easy by running your paper through your cuttlebug or big shot using the Close to My Heart snowflake embossing folder!

Mix it up Christmas card

 These two cards are exactly the same, but a little different!  The cuts and pieces used are identical.  The each just use different papers, and different stamps for the focal point.  So much you can do with one idea.  Just Mix it up a bit.   Top card uses the OH DEER paper and the lower card uses the City Sidewalks paper.  Top uses Gold shimmer trim while the lower card uses silver shimmer trim.

Use a different paper....

 Remember yesterdays card?  This is the Same thing using different paper!  Totally different look.  Mix it up for a fun Christmas season.

A little OH DEER paper, a Christmas THIN CUT, a Tag cut from a cricut cartridge, your favorite Christmas stamp and a little shimmer tape is all you need for this fun card.

A Little Thanks

This fun and simple card was made using the OH DEER papers from Close to My Heart .  Although it is a 'Christmas' or Winter pack of paper..... it can be used for many more occasions.....
Each strip is 1¾" wide by 3¾" long with a little dove tail cut out on the bottom.  Use a piece of the zip strip (the stars) then ad your sentiment strip.  Yes the papers are all grey toned.  Beautiful and fun....

Looking for a quick idea for a co-worker, neighbor or friend.  Who doesn't like chocolate.  The fun chocolate bar is wrapped quick and easy yet so fun using Close to My Heart cardstock, paper and ribbon.    Simply wrap a piece of yardstick around the bar and crease it making it more like a box,  Glue the wrapper together.  Decorate as desired.  Punch a hole through the top.  Wrap a piece of ribbon around the candy bar, then slip the bar into the 'boxy wrapper'  Then put each end of the ribbon through a hole and tie together.  When you pull on the tail the bar slides out.  Fun and easy!

Using Close to My Heart Thin Cuts

You will love how fast and easy Thin Cuts make your projects.  Just put the die on your favorite paper and roll it through a big shot or cuttle bug.  The come out fantastic.  The words hello, thanks and Happy have been cut in these samples.  Check out our THIN CUTS HERE

Today is Election Day..... so.......

Today might be a stressful day for some, while we wait for the results of the election...... so here is my advice for all.   Have a Fabulous Day!

Fun Gift idea....

This little gift costs about $1.25 to make.  Ya know those little clear acrylic frames that you slip a photo in???  Choose your size you want,  Cut a pice of fun paper and slip it in where the photo would go.  This one also has flowers adhered to that piece of paper (the red ones) and I have put some gold ones on top of the actual frame!  Glue a post it note pad on the frame, and sit it on short side so it becomes a desk top post it note holder.  EASY, INEXPENSIVE, and your co workers will think you are so brilliant.  Frames can be found at Wal-Mart, Dollar Store etc for usually around $1

Fall ideas with BEAUTIFUL paper....
