HOOT, HOOT, Hooray

Yep this is still the SKYLARK paper packet with a whole new look!  Don't you LOVE LOVE LOVE this blue color along with another un "ZIP STRIP"  Hoot Hoot Hooray and enjoy the fun epoxy embellishment....  The stamps are from the fun OWL stamp set.
