SPRING scrapbooking fun

the fun Close to my Heart Artbooking Cartridge is Fabulous!  This fun overlay is cut quick and easy using the cartridge. Use the negative space to add embellishing,  Each layout can be made easy by setting the dial at 11"  No need to resize each item.
