Happy Birthday

Reach for the stars on someones birthday and create this fun card.  I used the chalk it up paper, the arrow washi tape, the sparkles and the scallop punch.  You will love how easy this comes together.
A piece of zip strip, a little scolloped edge, (using our quick and easy scallop punch) and a little arrow washi tape.....  Oh and just for fun, add a few sparkles
