Thinking of You

The spring colors, added to the deep cocoa card stock make a very rich and fun card.  Add a slash of color using the card stock and stamps and cut out images to create whatever you want your project to be.  Cards, or layouts are so easy with our fabulous papers and products!

Balloon Ride Layout

Layouts are easy with the fun "ZIP STRIPS" that come with our papers.  Each sheet has a zip strip, and this layout uses two of them.  The 3 short journaling phrases are from a zip strip, as well as the fun strip across the bottom of the layout.

Balloons make everyone feel happy

These two balloons were a fun addition to this card.  How did I get them to look like the patterned paper?  I stamped them ON the patterned paper and cut them out, placing each balloon on top of the original stamped image on the card base!  Love this technique.  Adds so much to any stamped paper crafting.

LollyDoodle Scrapbooking

Pieces, shapes, doodles, embellishments, and of course a fun cricut shape from the Art Philosophy cricut cartridge.  A fun layout can be created with just a view pieces of background and texture paper.  Join in the fun and start creating.

What else can you do with Embossing Folder fun???

INK IT!!  Runing the ink pad softly over the embossed (raised area) makes the polka dots "POP" out!

More Happy Happy Polka Dots!

Remember how happy Polka Dots make me?  Yep, they do.  Here is another happy card for you to re create.  These colors add to that happiness for sure.  And the fun striped washi tape gives it the finishing touch.

Sand it down

CLose to my Heart card stock is different than most..... it has a fantastic White Core!  What does that mean?  It means you can sand it, distress it, etc and have the white core show through.  The card above has two pieces of card stock that have been run through the machine with an embossing folder, and then sanded gently to show some of the white core.  Oh, and yes this frame is from the cricut cartridge, art philosophy also and the stamp is from the same set of stamps as the others in the past few posts!  Close to My Heart offers so much.  You just have to check it out

Big Hug

Here is another card using LollyDoodle papers and another fun Art Philosophy Cricut Cartridge shape, and yep, there is a stamp set that goes along with it as well, in fact.... it is in the same stamp set as the frame in the blogpost on the18th.  Each set of stamps has many shapes, designs and fun.  Oh and another favorite in this idea book.... the fun epoxy embellishments (which you see above on top of the flowered strip and wash tape.)  You didn't know we have washi tape?  Well yes, we do.  We have many fun designs.  Check out the new idea book.  http://chris.ctmh.com 

Cricut Cartridges add the Perfect Touch

Close to my Heart offers 3 FABULOUS cricut cartridges.  This cut is from the Art Philosophy cartridge and is so fun.  Each cartridge comes with 700 images, and most have stamps that fit perfectly with those shapes.  By stamping those shapes, you bring your projects to life!!  This card also has an accent of card stock using our embossing folders.  This one was a Chevron folder

He Said, She Said

I love how fast and easy this card is!  the words have been added so quickly by using the 'Zip strip" from one of the Lolly Doodle papers.  You will fall in LOVE with the zip strips..... I promise!!
  The cute arrows come from a fun set of stamps with lots of different fun arrow shapes

LollyDoodle polka Dot!

Polka Dots make me happy.  I am loving the LollyDoodle packet (I guess I have mentioned that already huh)  the other fun textures are created with our new Embossing Folders!  Do you love embossing folders?  I am just learning how fun they are.....

More fun LollyDoodle!! Are you in love yet??

Just as with any of our Close to My Heart papers, each piece of Background and Texture paper is double sided, so you can get a different look from each side of each piece.    I love the fun bright colors in this package and the darling prints.  The squiggles are so fun!!
