Whooo Hooo Wednesday

Whoooo Hooo!  Do you know someone having a birthday.  Whatever the occassion, you can turn this cute card into something to fit the occassion!  This is a Tag Card from the Art Philosophy cricut cartridge.  Only instead of keeping a card that opens.... I glued it shut and made it a pocket for an invite to a party.  use this idea for gift cards, cash, or a thoughtful message on a tag slipped inside the pocket.
