Yep this feminine birthday card is made with the Surfs up packet.  It isnt just for a water themed project.  Remember each piece of paper has two completely different choices, one on each side.  This is the back side of one of the papers.  And of course the flower was cut with the CTMH exclusive cricut cartridge.
